Proceed to Greenhill Court, go left and the house is at the end on the cul-de-sac.

Jess VanderStek is a past president of the Twin Lakes Home Builders Association. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the State Builders Association, the Twin Lakes Economic Development Corporation and is a member of the Baxter County Planning Commission. A graduate of Southwest Missouri State University with a B.S. in Marketing, he has over 29 years experience in building, land development and real estate. Beth VanderStek is a Certified Public Accountant. She handles all the financial aspects of Lake Country Homes. She and Jess attend the National Association of Homebuilders convention each year, keeping updated on the newest building techniques, products and designs. Their objective is to meet their customer's individual needs in the most cost efficient, highest quality and timely manner. They aid their customers to choose and design a plan and help them throughout the process until they are comfortable in their new home. Over the years, Jess has cultivated employees and subcontractors that allow him to achieve this goal.
