Twin Lakes Home Builders Model Home
Our
association finished the largest community project
in our history. A 1,502 square foot model home was constructed
by our members with products and labor being donated by all
participating members. The home is located at the corner of
Ozark Avenue and Commerce Drive in Horizon Hills Subdivision.
Max
Freeman said, "We are so fortunate to have a home builders
association with such generous builder and associate members.
To date, over forty of our members have donated materials,
labor, discounts, etc., in order to make this home a reality
for someone who might otherwise not be able to afford it.
Our goal as an association is to give back to the community
every way we possibly can."
The
model home recipient was selected by a TLHBA committee,
based on applications received before March 1, 2002. Applicants were employed and must
have worked continuously for at least three years. If the
recipient sells the home within 15 years, all profits from
the sale of the home would go to the TLHBA.
