Directions To The Home:
From Mountain Home, take Hwy 412 East across Lake Norfolk. About 1 mile after the Lake Norfolk bridge, turn left on CR 832 (sign for Crystal Cove). At approximately ½ mile, turn left between two stone columns on CR 833. Parking is limited, but a shuttle will also be available at the stone columns. House is approximately 700 yards down the road. Follow signs.

About The Builder:
Tommy Gracy is a native Arkansan and a resident of Mountain Home for over 38 years. Completing the required courses in Architectural Drafting & Design, Tommy graduated from William R. Moore School of Technology in Memphis, TN in 1965. Tommy has been involved in the design, new construction, additions, remodeling and renovations of residential and commercial projects for over 48 years. All projects are designed and constructed for energy efficiency, low maintenance and comply with or exceed all building and energy codes. In 1998, Tommy completed an extensive course on the Principles of Applied Building Science with the Advanced Energy Corporation on the campus of North Carolina State University. Since then, Gracy Building & Design incorporates the principles of building science in each of its projects. Continuing education classes through the Home Builders Association keep Gracy Building & Design up to date with changing codes and regulations that affect the building industry. Gracy Building & Design is fully insured and has residential and commercial license with the State of Arkansas. They are also a member of the local, state and National Home Builders Association for over 30 years.
