Gracy
Building & Design has been a part of the Twin Lakes building
industry since 1986. Tommy is a graduate of Wm. R. Moore
School of
Technology in Memphis. Tommy came to the construction business
via a career educator at the vocational/technical level teaching
mechanical and architectural drafting. Tommy was the charter
president of the East Arkansas HBA and a past president of
the TLHB.
He has served on various local and sate committees and is
a Life Spike
with NAHB. In 1998, he completed a course on the Principles
of
Applied Building Science with Advanced Energy Corp. on the
campus
of NC State University. Tommy’s partner in business
is his wife,
RubyDell. RubyDell holds an Associate of Arts degree in interior
design. Their experience in the building industry over the
last 30
years has involved all aspects of design. Energy efficient
and air
quality control construction concepts have always been a
part of their
building philosophy. They are currently researching, defining
and
implementing some healthy home concepts. If innovative, functional
