John "Rip" Gresham has been building since 1981. John is a CPA (inactive) and has business interests in both Mountain Home and Jonesboro. John graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1970.

He is a member of the Twin Lakes Home Builders, Arkansas Oil Marketers, Arkansas Society of CPA's and a past Rotarian.
